Job Description

• Manage and train team personnel to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.

• Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate data transfer and reconciliation.

• Review and ensure accuracy of financial transactions in the General Ledger.

• Manage timely processing and payments of payroll and taxes.

• Manage fixed asset register, depreciation, and intercompany account reconciliation.

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.

• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Assist the CFO in recommending improvements in controls and procedures.

• Ensure proper filing and use of the ERP system.

• Provide training to colleagues in the Finance Department.

• Meet set targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Provide weekly timesheets and reports on achievements.

• Manage relationships with internal and external auditors, tax authorities, suppliers, and customers.

• Submit reports to managers in a complete and timely manner.

• Report to the CFO and CEO as required.

• Provide cover for other team members when needed.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
