Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including compensation, benefits, performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development.
Oversee HR activities, initiatives, systems, and tactics to ensure they are efficient, effective, and compliant.
Act as a point of contact for employee relations and communicate with labor unions to maintain positive relationships.
Ensure compliance with all legal aspects applicable to HR, including labor laws, employment regulations, and safety standards.
Maintain and coordinate all activities within the HR Division to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of services.
Strategize programs and policies to enhance employee growth, satisfaction, and retention.
Develop policies to curb absenteeism and employee turnover by addressing underlying issues and promoting a positive work environment.
Supervise HR personnel and provide expert guidance to ensure they are performing their duties effectively.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and standards to maintain a consistent and fair workplace.
Ensure grievance redressal and invoke disciplinary actions when required to address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Management and other related fields with at least 6 years relevant experience.
