Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in payroll, recruitment, and employee relations management.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
