Directly manage daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
Conduct regular process analysis to identify and implement improvements, such as streamlining workflows, automating tasks, or optimizing resource allocation.
Utilize data analytics to measure performance, identify bottlenecks, and track progress towards goals.
Lead or participate in initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness through methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM.
Leverage ERP systems to optimize production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and reporting. Ensure data accuracy and integrity for effective decision-making.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues on the production line to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Foster a strong safety culture by ensuring adherence to safety protocols and working collaboratively with safety teams to maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
Develop and deliver training programs to equip teams with the skills and knowledge needed to execute optimized processes effectively.
Create and maintain clear and concise standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
Education and Experience
MA/ BA Degree in the field of food process/chemistry/mechanical/industrial engineering.
