Job Description

• Directly manage daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.

• Conduct regular process analysis to identify and implement improvements, such as streamlining workflows, automating tasks, or optimizing resource allocation.

• Utilize data analytics to measure performance, identify bottlenecks, and track progress towards goals.

• Lead or participate in initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness through methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM.

• Leverage ERP systems to optimize production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and reporting. Ensure data accuracy and integrity for effective decision-making.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on the production line to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

• Foster a strong safety culture by ensuring adherence to safety protocols and working collaboratively with safety teams to maintain a safe working environment.

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and quality requirements.

• Develop and deliver training programs to equip teams with the skills and knowledge needed to execute optimized processes effectively.

• Create and maintain clear and concise standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
