Job Description
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and adherence to plans
Review and analyze project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and specifications
Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies
Track project milestones and report progress to the Project Manager
Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
Maintain accurate and detailed project records
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management (COTM), or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 6 years of experience in building construction projects
Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project)
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
