Job Description
Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies aligned with the hospital's goals.
Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors.
Manage the procurement process from requisition to receipt of goods.
Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement regulations and standards.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Manage the procurement team and assign tasks.
Prepare and analyze procurement reports.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing and Supply Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of procurement principles, processes, and best practices.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
