Provide administrative support to project managers and engineers.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in project documentation.
Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and suppliers.
Assist in the preparation and tracking of project schedules and budgets.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Review and approve project deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the implementation of quality control procedures.
Provide technical assistance to field engineers and construction personnel.
Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and technologies.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field.
6 years of work experience in the field, road construction experience, road design software, planning and evaluation experience and ISO 9001:2015 quality management training preferred.
