Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.
Manage production resources, including personnel, machinery, Equipment and materials, to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
Lead, coach, and motivate the production team, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Monitor and control production processes to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and minimize downtime.
Manage the Technical and Maintenance teams to ensure Machinery and equipment reliability and adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure that all production activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Track key production metrics (KPIs) and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing techniques and other process optimization strategies.
Manage the Quality Control team to resolve any production-related quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications for all products.
Manage production budgets, including labor costs, raw materials, and operational expenses.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality or safety.
Track production-related costs and provide detailed reports to upper management.
Education and Experience
B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related with a total of 10 years of work experience, and at least 3 years in a similar position.
Proven experience in Production Management within a manufacturing environment (experience in flexible pipe manufacturing is a plus).
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop production staff.
In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment maintenance, and quality control systems.
Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
