Job Description

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with reliable local suppliers.

  • Obtain and review price quotations, negotiate favorable terms, and manage purchase orders.

  • Ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to company policies and budgets.

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and transactions. Monitor inventory levels in coordination with the warehouse and supply chain teams.

  • Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and cost-effective procurement.

  • Resolve issues related to quality, delays, and supplier performance.




Job Requirement


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in procurement or purchasing (local sourcing preferred).

  • Knowledge of relevant local procurement laws and regulations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders and suppliers.

  • Analytical thinking with a keen understanding of market trends.

  • Proficiency in procurement software or ERP systems is preferable.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
