Obtain and review price quotations, negotiate favorable terms, and manage purchase orders.
Ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to company policies and budgets.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and transactions. Monitor inventory levels in coordination with the warehouse and supply chain teams.
Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and cost-effective procurement.
Resolve issues related to quality, delays, and supplier performance.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement or purchasing (local sourcing preferred).
Knowledge of relevant local procurement laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders and suppliers.
Analytical thinking with a keen understanding of market trends.
Proficiency in procurement software or ERP systems is preferable.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
