Job Description
Develop and implement quarry production plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor and analyze quarry performance against established targets and identify areas for improvement.
Manage quarry resources, including equipment, personnel, and materials, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of quarry personnel, including blasting, excavation, and haulage operations.
Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, or a related field.
Master's degree in Management, Economics, or Engineering preferred.
10+ years of experience in production planning, with a focus on quarry operations.
Experience working in a cement factory is advantageous.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in relevant computer software, such as Microsoft Office and production planning tools.
