Preparing Interim (main) Payment and Subcontract Payment.
Preparing work schedule, Cost Analysis for the project.
Preparing Takeoff sheet and bar schedule Supervise, bill of quantities and check construction activity on site.
Prepare / process Daily, Weekly and monthly plan and report.
Should be familiar with basic engineering software's such as Auto cad, MS project.
Evaluate drawings, specifications, contract document and bill of quantities thoroughly and confirm that they are free from error and implement them accordingly.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management.
Minimum Experience :- 4 years' experience from these 3 years of relevant experience in Building Construction, Structures (steel and concrete) ,Factory projects as an Office Engineer and at least 1 year of site experience
Maximum experience: -5 years
