Duties and Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the activities of the division and ensures its successful implementations,
Organizes and analyzes standard financial reports and proposes interventions based on feedback obtained,
Develops/reviews and periodically updates policy, procedures, guidelines, and standards (SLA) of the Division and ensures that all duties are performed as per these policies, procedures, schedule, and other services including reporting to all internal and external customers are delivered within agreed SLAs,
Ensures adherence to financial procedures, standards, and plans,
Ensures timely recording of the transaction on a daily based and ascertains their accuracy,
Prepares corporate-level projections of statements of financial position, comprehensive income, and change in equity based on approved annual budget and cash flow forecasts
Ensures that all payments and collection documents are prepared in line with approved authorization,
Ensures the maintenance of proper books of accounts and their proper coding and posting to the system of KKGT,
Ensures timely settlement of monthly Government Taxes and ascertains its accuracy.
Manages and review all Corporate, saving and bank reconciliation against the books of accounts and ensure that all outstanding items were properly identified for rectification plan,
Manages relationships with banks at which KKGT has maintained corporate, saving.
Ensures optimal utilization of resources allocated to the division,
Directs, leads, guides, supports, and controls staff responsible to him/her to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet the Division’s target and that they carry out their responsibility to the required standard.
Manages the evaluation of the performance of the division’s staff under his/her supervision, and takes measures to continuously improve the performance of the division.
Prepares statement of financial positions, comprehensive income, and change inequity, the company liquidity and return on asset and return on equity and variance analysis; Identify financial control weaknesses that need improvements and take action and produce periodic reports.
Ensures timely engagements of external auditors and plan to rectify their audit findings rectification,
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor,
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
