Job Description
This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, a strong
understanding of e-learning, digital marketing, and the ability to
engage with various stakeholders, including educators, corporate
clients, and learners and project management expertise, the Senior
Marketing Specialist will expected for developing and executing
marketing strategies that enhance the management of LMS, developing and
executing marketing strategies to promote the LMS platform and its
educational offerings, brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and
optimizing our digital marketing across various marketing channels.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct
an in-depth market assessment to understand the trends, customer needs,
and competitive landscape, and forward marketing strategy mainly about
the continuing professional development (CPD) program and other
organizational business trends.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve the CPD program and organizational business objectives.
- Conduct
advocacy and marketing campaigns about the digital CPD program of ABH
using different channels (i.e., meetings with stakeholders, leaflets,
brochures, email, social media, etc...) to drive engagement and
conversions and improve ABH's CPD program’s visibility.
- Monitor and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to maximize ROI.
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and the company’s website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives and strategies with organizational goals.
- Establish goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Create
compelling marketing content, including newsletters, social media
updates (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok …), brochures, and
promotional materials.
- Monitor
and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics
tools; report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend
improvements.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels; uphold brand standards.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to inform strategies and tactics.
- Generate
and produce content and marketing products to promote through
multichannel result-driven campaigns, including but not limited to
emails, digital banners, printed materials, and events.
- Maintain
and deliver reports for marketing campaigns and other marketing and
educational initiatives to provide insights to internal teams, and
support the growth and expansion of the organizational business.
- Work closely with the IT team in maximizing digital channels.
- Test
and troubleshoot marketing using tools such as A/B testing, Google
Analytics, and CRM software to ensure that they meet the technical and
functional requirements.
