Responsibilities of this role
Assist the HR Manager in Planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling all the activities of the Human Resource Management Directorate;
Assist the HR Manager in Implementing policy and technical guidelines with respect to the Human Resource Management Manual;
Ensure that personnel database and recording system comply with applicable standards, regulations, specifications, and documented procedures, and maintain up-to-date personnel database across the company;
Works for a strong organizational culture by adhering to organizational values, principles, and incentive mechanisms for positive change;
Compile monthly employee attendance for payroll execution purposes and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of staff attendance;
Maintain database for all capacity building and educational assistances, qualified, skilled, and trained personnel, and other resources are availed.
Drafts and handles correspondences according to instructions and makes sure that letters typed are signed and addressed.
BA Degree in HRM, Management, or Public Administration with at least four years of demonstrated work experience on the job position
Tech-savvy with the ability to use HRMIS.
High level of honesty, integrity, and self-initiative.
Interpersonal skills.
Hospital experience is advantageous.
