We are looking for a skilled reception supervisor to oversee the daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring customer satisfaction. You should have excellent communication skills, work well under pressure and have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise the efficient operations of reception including check-in/out procedures.
Support team members in handling guest requests and inquiries to ensure a positive outcome is achieved.
BA Degree/ Level IV in Hotel Management/ Business Management / Business Administration or other related fields.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 3/5 respectively relevant years of experience.
Required Skills:
Compassionate attitude and ability to deal with patients and visitors in a respectful and empathetic manner.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compassionate attitude and ability to deal with patients and visitors in a respectful and empathetic manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Access and CNET software.
Having customer service, computer, and communication skills.
Eager to learn, willing to improve and develop professionally.
