Job Description
We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth for our cleaning and landscape services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
Present, promote, and sell our cleaning package and landscape services to prospective customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about our services to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company’s network and promote our services.
Job Requirement
2-4 years of proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar role, preferably in the cleaning or landscape sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of cleaning and landscape services and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Fluent in English and Amharic; additional languages are a plus.
