We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Office Administrator/Cashier I to manage our administrative and financial tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide information as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Diploma/Level 4 in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Accounting, and ICT from a recognized college.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cashier.
Experience will be counted from the date of graduation.
Skills:
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
