Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Office Administrator/Cashier I to manage our administrative and financial tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage office supplies and inventory.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide information as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Job Requirement

  • Diploma/Level 4 in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Accounting, and ICT from a recognized college.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cashier.

  • Experience will be counted from the date of graduation.


    Skills:

    • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
