We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, address complaints, and provide detailed information about our products and services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
Maintaining client records by updating account information.
Managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Providing detailed information on products and services to clients.
Handling incoming calls and providing support courteously and professionally.
Assisting clients with inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
BA Degree or Diploma in any field.
2-4 years of Previous sales experience as a sales professional.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
