Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.
Job Requirement
A bachelor’s or higher degree in interaction design, human-computer interaction, cognitive science, or a related field.
1 or more years of experience in a related field.
Professional UX design experience, preferably in mobile and web environments.
Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Adobe InDesign, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and similar tools.
Experience in building mobile and website designs.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to present a strong portfolio of past designs.
Creativity and ability to produce designs from minimal input.
Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Ability to clearly communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
