Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
Create and manage promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and social media content
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing roles preferably in a logistics company.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
