We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a knack for problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with product information, order status, and other service-related issues.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Educational Qualification: B.A. degree in Marketing or Management with minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.00 and above, Graduated in 2022 and 2023 G.C
0-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
