We are looking for 10 motivated individuals to join our growing team as call center agents. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls courteously and professionally.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Utilize company scripts and resources to respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
1 year of customer support experience or experience as a call center representative.
Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
