Job Description
We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Auditor II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and providing valuable insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Financial Audits:
Conduct detailed and complex audits of financial statements and related documents.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.
Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry and the organization.
Audit Planning and Execution:
Develop audit plans and objectives for specific audit engagements.
Execute audit procedures, including data analysis, interviews, and document reviews.
Audit Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive audit reports, summarizing findings and providing actionable recommendations.
Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends and developments in auditing practices.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance auditing skills.
Job Requirement
Education:
BA in Accounting, Finance, or related fields of study.
Experience:
2 years of relevant work experience.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Account management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
High level of integrity and ethical standards.
