Job Description
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Professional to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our IT infrastructure's smooth operation and efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks, including system administration, technical support, project management, and security. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities
Managing and configuring servers, networks, and cloud services
Troubleshooting IT issues and providing technical guidance to employees.
Overseeing IT projects, from planning and implementation to completion.
Implementing and maintaining IT security measures to protect against cyber threats.
Working with business leaders to assess IT needs and develop long-term technology plans.
Overseeing relationships with vendors who provide IT hardware, software, and services.
Creating and maintaining documentation for IT systems and procedures.
Training users on new IT systems and software.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical IT support role.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
