Job Description

As a Coffee Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering client relationships within the coffee industry. With extended working hours from 2:00 AM to 11:00 PM, you'll have the opportunity to capture business during peak times and accommodate clients' schedules effectively. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a deep passion for coffee, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Proactively engage with existing clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.

  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities throughout the extended working hours, leveraging various channels such as networking, cold calling, and client visits.

  • Showcase our range of coffee products to potential clients, tailoring presentations to address their specific preferences and requirements.

  • Skillfully negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to optimize sales revenue and profitability.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to highlight the quality and value of our coffee offerings, effectively closing deals and securing new business.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at achieving company objectives and driving growth.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and enhance performance.




Job Requirement

  • Demonstrated minimum 2 years experience in sales, preferably within the coffee industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of coffee products, brewing techniques, and emerging trends in the market.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

  • Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the capacity to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Flexibility to work extended hours from 2:00 AM to 11:00 PM, accommodating clients' schedules and maximizing business opportunities.
