Responsibilities:
Secretarial Duties:
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Compose and proofread professional correspondence (emails, letters, reports, etc.)
Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records.
Answer phones, screen calls, and route messages to appropriate personnel.
Prepare presentations and meeting materials.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Cashier Duties:
Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
Process customer payments including cash, credit cards, and checks.
Issue receipts, refunds, and changes.
Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions.
Secure and deposit all daily takings.
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management from a recognized college.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a secretarial and cashier role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Pleasant and professional demeanor for interacting with customers and colleagues.
