Job Description
We are looking for Sales Trainers who can deliver Marketing & Sales educational programs for our sales students.
Responsibilities
Prepare physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies).
Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.
Monitor sales training objectives and results.
Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.
Provide outstanding training service to the trainees.
Maintain updated records of training materials.
Job Requirement
MBA, BA/MA in Marketing or relevant fields.
3+ years of work experience as a Sales/ Marketing Trainer.
Proven experience as a Sales agent or Marketing manager.
Ability to manage the full training cycle, including practical sessions.
Ability to motivate and encourage students to improve their Sales Knowledge, Skills and Attitude.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Having TOT certification will be preferable.
