Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team! You will play a key role in planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
Conduct market research to understand target audiences and identify marketing opportunities.
Develop and implement communication concepts that resonate with the target audience.
Create compelling marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional brochures.
Manage marketing budgets and track the performance of campaigns using analytics tools,
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure a unified marketing approach.
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate marketing results and insights to stakeholders.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, management or a related field.
1 year of experience in a marketing role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns.
Experience with project management and marketing analytics tools.
Proficiency in social media marketing.
Place of work: Addis Abeba with field travel possibility to any part of the country as required.
