Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Cashier/Secretary. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to wear two hats, providing both administrative and financial support within our company.


Cashier Duties:


  • Process customer payments (cash, credit card, etc.) accurately and efficiently.

  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions.

  • secure and deposit all takings according to company procedures.

  • May handle basic bookkeeping tasks.


Secretary Duties:


  • Manage schedules and appointments for staff.

  • Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.

  • Compose and send emails, letters, and reports.

  •  Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for efficient record keeping.

  • Greet visitors and provide general office support.

  • May prepare presentations or travel arrangements.




Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Accurate data entry and bookkeeping skills.

  • Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
