We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Cashier/Secretary. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to wear two hats, providing both administrative and financial support within our company.
Cashier Duties:
Process customer payments (cash, credit card, etc.) accurately and efficiently.
Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions.
secure and deposit all takings according to company procedures.
May handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
Secretary Duties:
Manage schedules and appointments for staff.
Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.
Compose and send emails, letters, and reports.
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for efficient record keeping.
Greet visitors and provide general office support.
May prepare presentations or travel arrangements.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Accurate data entry and bookkeeping skills.
Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
