Responsibilities

Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in a senior management role.
Strong leadership and business acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Budget management expertise.
Experience in staff development and motivation.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
