We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer/Office Administrator with at least two years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, and performing office administration activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR practices, office administration, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist, coordinate, and conduct end-to-end recruitment processes.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, conduct orientation sessions, and ensure a smooth transition and integration into Digital Equb.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and any other HR-related matters.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and relationship building.
Performance Management:
Assist in implementing performance review processes, and developing and revising performance improvement plans and employee development programs.
Facilitate off-boarding, conduct exit interviews, and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Implement Digital Equb HR policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of career development plans.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure data confidentiality as per relevant laws.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Office Administration:
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications managing phone calls, correspondence, and office visitors.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
