Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to identify and forecast staffing needs.
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job description creation, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Design and manage onboarding programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated.
Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee well-being and engagement.
Develop and implement employee relations policies, including those related to compensation, benefits, performance management, and discipline.
Mediate and resolve employee disputes and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
Oversee employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, benefits enrollment, and claims processing.
Manage the HR budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Maintain accurate and complete employee records.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources generalist or leadership role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
