Job Description
We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our growing team and play a vital role in the successful delivery of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and initiation to execution and closure. You will be the driving force behind ensuring projects meet their goals on time, within budget, and according to set quality standards.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining project plans using project management methodologies.
Estimating project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Managing project budgets and tracking expenditures.
Identifying and mitigating project risks.
Leading and motivating project teams.
Facilitating meetings and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
Reporting on project progress and status.
Managing project documentation.
Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
Handle relationships with various stakeholders.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
3 years experience in managing projects from start to finish.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Budgeting and financial management skills.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software tools
