Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
Actively listen to customer concerns, identify needs, and provide accurate information and solutions.
Follow established scripts and procedures while demonstrating the ability to adapt to unique situations.
Research and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
Process orders, payments, and returns according to company guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
Build rapport with customers and strive to exceed their expectations.
Uphold company policies and procedures while adhering to data security regulations.
Diploma or Degree in marketing or related field.
1 year experience in a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional phone voice.
Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in computer skills and comfortable learning new software applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
