Conducts performance reviews and provides employee feedback.
Maintains a positive and productive work environment.
Ensures exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
Monitors customer satisfaction metrics and identifies areas for improvement.
Develops and implements strategies to attract and retain customers.

Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or a related field.
4 years of experience in a management role.
Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
The ability to motivate and inspire others.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
