Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor throughout calls.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Diploma or degree in marketing or related field.
1 year experience in a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Active listening skills to understand customer needs.
Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Proficiency in using computers and call center software.
Patience and a positive attitude to dealing with difficult customers.
Strong time management skills to prioritize and manage call volume.
