We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Support to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our company's technology runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, provide support to staff, and maintain our critical IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computers, networks, peripherals, and software.
Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
Update and maintain user accounts and permissions.
Backup and restore data.
Document technical issues and resolutions.
Monitor IT systems for performance and security issues.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and troubleshoot emerging problems.
May provide training to employees on new software or hardware.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, macOS).
