As a vital part of our daily operations, you will provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of the office and freeing up our team's time to focus on strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
Answer phones and emails professionally, screen inquiries, and direct them appropriately.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, maintaining calendars and ensuring all parties are informed.
Prepare and distribute agendas and take minutes during meetings.
Draft and proofread correspondence, including letters, emails, and reports.
Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Manage office supplies, ordering and maintaining inventory.
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for efficient document organization and retrieval.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks.
Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
Data entry and managing databases.
Performing bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices.
Diploma or degree in marketing or related field.
1 year experience in a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional phone etiquette.
Proficiency in typing and common office software (word processing, spreadsheets, email).
