Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer problems.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the company's products and services.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and company policies.
Diploma or degree in marketing or related field.
1 year experience in customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and empathize with customers

Patience and a positive attitude
Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
