Responsibilities:
Overseeing the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Developing and maintaining employee relations by addressing concerns, and fostering open communication.
Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Developing and implementing training and development programs to help employees grow their skills and advance their careers.
Staying up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in HR software and information systems.
