As a key point of contact, you will provide exceptional administrative support, manage calendars and appointments, and maintain a professional and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining filing systems.
Answer phones and emails promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
Compose and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Manage travel arrangements and itineraries.
Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to deadlines.
Greet visitors and clients professionally, creating a positive first impression for the company.
Order and maintain office supplies, manage petty cash and oversee the overall office environment.
Draft and maintain correspondence templates and frequently used documents to streamline workflow.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any social field.
0-1 year experience.
Speak and write fluently in English, and Amharic.
Proficiency in Amharic typing on a computer.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Excellent time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Discreet and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
