Job Description

We seek an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional support for our daily operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of the office and will contribute significantly to our overall success.


Responsibilities


  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for assigned staff members.

  • Answer phones and emails professionally, screening inquiries and directing them appropriately.

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, including letters, memos, and reports.

  • Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) to ensure efficient document organization and retrieval.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and booking for staff members.

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Greet visitors and ensure a positive first impression of our company.


Job Requirement

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field may be preferred.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Professional and courteous demeanor with a positive attitude.
