We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Operations Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Planning and Project Management:
Developing and implementing operational plans and procedures.
Strategically mapping out and managing projects.
Tracking operational costs and budgets.
Staff Management:
Supervising and training staff.
Setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
Addressing staff-related issues.
Process Improvement:
Analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement.
Implementing improved business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Maintaining quality control standards.
Other Responsibilities:
Reporting to and assisting the Chief Operating Officer.
Ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations.
Maintaining accurate records and reports.
Communicating effectively with staff and other departments.
Problem-solving and decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in operations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.
Detail-oriented and organized.
