Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Project Officer to play a key role in the successful execution of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in developing and implementing project plans.
Manage project tasks, timelines, and budgets.
Track project progress and identify potential risks and roadblocks.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Conduct project meetings and take detailed minutes.
Manage project budgets and expenditures.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure project deliverables are met according to deadlines and quality standards.
Assist with project monitoring and evaluation.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience as a project officer or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
