Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and resourceful IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional technical assistance to our users. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, configure systems, and ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Respond to user inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot and diagnose a wide range of technical problems with hardware, software, and networks.
Resolve user issues efficiently and provide clear explanations.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
Document procedures and solutions for future reference.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
1+ years of experience in a technical support role.
Strong working knowledge of computers, hardware, software, and networking principles.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
