We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Call Center to join our growing call center team. In this role, you'll be the first line of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Answering inbound calls and emails/chats from customers with inquiries or issues.
Actively listening to understand customer needs and concerns.
Providing accurate and helpful information about products or services.
Researching and troubleshooting problems to find solutions.
Resolving customer complaints and working towards satisfaction.
Documenting all call details and customer interactions for future reference.
Maintaining and updating customer databases with accurate information.
Meeting performance targets for call handling times, sales quotas, and customer satisfaction.
Reporting on call trends, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.
Diploma or equivalent.
1 year experience a call center.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly phone voice.
Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to finding solutions.
Proficiency in using computers and common call center software.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
