Job Description
We Are Seeking a Talented Finance Officer In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial health of our company. You will be responsible for various tasks, including managing the budget, preparing financial reports, and ensuring all financial transactions are conducted according to legal and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to plan for future expenses and income.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Collaborate with other departments to present these reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and inform business decisions.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments and collections. Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
Stay up-to-date on financial regulations and ensure the company adheres to them. Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
Participate in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2 years of Experience in accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
