Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our team and lead all aspects of architectural projects, from the initial spark of an idea to overseeing construction. You'll be responsible for designing functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable spaces that meet client needs and enrich the built environment.
Responsibilities
Translate client requirements and programmatic needs into initial design concepts and proposals.
Develop detailed construction drawings, specifications, and documentation using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and other consultants to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Manage project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any concerns.
Prepare presentations and reports to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2 years experience in all phases of architectural design, from concept development to construction administration.
Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and building materials.
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software like Revit or ArchiCAD.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Creativity, artistic vision, and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of sustainable design principles.
