We're seeking a customer service to join our growing company and ensure our customers have an exceptional experience. In this role, you'll be the friendly face (or voice) of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers across multiple channels. You'll listen attentively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and find creative solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Actively listen to customer concerns and identify the root cause of their issues.
Provide accurate and helpful information, concisely, and courteously.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, aiming to exceed expectations.
Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
1 year experience in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in using computers and common customer service software.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
