Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in extracting valuable insights from our data. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to identify business questions, translate them into analytical problems, and translate your findings into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the design and execution of data collection strategies.
Clean, prepare, and transform raw data for analysis using SQL or similar data manipulation tools.
Perform data analysis using statistical methods and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and relationships.
Create clear and compelling data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate insights effectively.
Develop and maintain data analysis reports and documentation.
Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Stay up-to-date on data analysis trends, tools, and techniques.
Participate in the development and implementation of data governance strategies (optional).
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools (e.g., Excel, and Python libraries like Pandas).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
